Please find below the minutes of the Minutes of the Gitanjali Pride General Body Meeting conducted on Saturday, 1st November 2015. In further post, the actions related to portfolios assignment and other work details will be published.
Yesterday's meeting had 75% attendance and 18 members are part of the Committee. This is a big achievement. Kudos to all the organizers.

It was further discussed and decided that first the masonry work required should be done and then the painting work can be started. It was broadly discussed that the whole cost of this may be between 25-30 lakhs and per apartment, the total contribution will be around Rs. 30-35k. The point that the Garbage is thrown directly into the houses in the neighbourhood and on the terrace of the Club (on the other side) was discussed. 12 | Past issue related to our sewage pipes getting dumbed with waste things, sanitary napkins, bottles and other things were discussed in detail.
