Frequently Asked Questions about Intercom usage

How to call other Flats
You can call the other flats by dialing the flat no. For ex. To call 201, dial 201. In case of ground floor flat , prefix 0s. That is to call G1, dial 001 and to call G12, dial 012.

How to call other Security
To call the security dial 999.

Can we make calls outside from Intercom or Can we make call from outside to our Flat Intercom

You cannot make any  outside calls.
You also cannot make call from outside to your Flat Intercom number.

IMPORTANT NOTICE- REFRAIN FROM LETTING OUT PARKING SPACE TO NON RESIDENTS (OUTSIDE MEMBERS) OF THE APARTMENT
Based on the Decision in the Annual General Body Meeting, This is to inform to all the residents of Gitanjali Pride that letting out the parking space to non residents of the apartment is not allowed. This decision is in the interest of security and safety reasons of the residents of our apartment. In case there are some parking space, if rented out right now , notice period of 1 month is provided for asking the related members to move out. Please note that Parking space can be rented out to any of the the Residents of Gitanjali Pride, as the Owner / responsible person decides

Please find below the minutes of the Minutes of the Gitanjali Pride General Body Meeting conducted on Saturday, 1st November 2015. In further post, the actions related to portfolios assignment and other work details will be published.

Yesterday's meeting had 75% attendance and 18 members are part of the Committee. This is a big achievement. Kudos to all the organizers.

1It was unanimously decided that painting activity should be taken up and the committee members can take this activity further. It was further discussed and decided that first the masonry work required should be done and then the painting work can be started. It was broadly discussed that the whole cost of this may be between 25-30 lakhs and per apartment, the total contribution will be around Rs. 30-35k. The decision about the exact amount and timeline with which it will be paid will be decided in 15 days time.Decision

6It was discussed and agreed that there should be a supervisor appointed to take care of the operations of apartment. Further it was discussed that there should be way to supervise the supervisor and the responsibility should be made clear.Decision
7It was discussed and agreed that whenever there is a new member coming to the flat the related forms should be filled. Similarly if there is any tenant moving out there should be no due issue issued by the committee. This protocol must be followed mandatorily

8The point of Water savings was discussed where the reverse osmosis mechanism of water purifier is being used and where we can find some mechanism to save the waterAction Item
9Rat and Pest Issue near the Garbage dumbing area was discussed. It was suggested that Rodents/ Pest Control control activity should be done in all the common areas.Action Item

11Issue related to people throwing the Garbage directly from the flat to outside, was discussed. The point that the Garbage is thrown directly into the houses in the neighbourhood and on the terrace of the Club (on the other side) was discussed. There should be some mechanism to solve this issue.Action Item
12Past issue related to our sewage pipes getting dumbed with waste things, sanitary napkins, bottles and other things were discussed in detail. It was discussed that all of us together will ensure that these things never happen again. Further committee members will work out some mechanism to prevent such incidents in future.
13The issue of Maid servants keeping the waste garbage on the floors / not at the right place was discussed. It was suggested that let the owners put the garbage in the right place.Action Item
14Fire extinguisher training can be extended to the residents. Security also can be further trained on this.Action Item
15Segregation of waste should be done at each of the houses. Nandini can share the training material/ paper further . Further actions can be taken in this regard.Action Item
161 Number sticker should be put back in the back lift.Action Item
17Check if it is possible for some better alarm system to be in place in the lift. Sometimes the kids are stuck but the alarm system is not smart enough to get the information if the door got opened and some related situations.Action Item
